Talking therapy

Sessions are available online or in person and are designed to support individuals in processing emotions, thoughts and creating meaningful change.

Sessions last just under an hour and can be weekly, fortnightly or on your schedule.

Online or in-person, this session will help you with your yoga practice, allowing the mind and body to heal with gentle somatic movements and breathwork.
